Privacy Policy

This online store ("KIKO") is operated on the Matajir AI platform. When you place an order or create an account, both KIKO (the merchant) and Matajir AI (the platform operator) act as data controllers for the personal information you provide.

• Identity: name, email, phone number, optionally date of birth
• Order data: items, prices, addresses, payment status (we never see or store your full card number — that goes directly to CardCom)
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, IP address (used for fraud prevention and analytics)

• To process your orders and deliver your products
• To send you order updates and (with your consent) marketing emails
• To detect fraud and protect the security of the store
• To comply with legal and tax obligations

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the store: CardCom (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email), Clerk (authentication), DigitalOcean (hosting), and PostHog (anonymized usage analytics). We do not sell your data to third parties.

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion of your account, or withdrawal of marketing consent at any time. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also delete your account directly from your account settings page.

Order records are retained for 7 years to meet Israeli tax requirements. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Anonymized analytics is kept indefinitely.
