By browsing or buying from KIKO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

All prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed by CardCom. KIKO may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or pricing was incorrect — in such cases, you will be refunded in full.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. KIKO is responsible for fulfilling your order. Pickup orders should be collected within the time window specified after the order is marked ready.

Returns are governed by Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the merchant's specific return policy. See the Return Policy page for details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of return approval.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

All product images, descriptions, and store content are owned by KIKO or licensed to it. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the content commercially without permission.

Neither KIKO nor the Matajir AI platform is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the store, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa.
